Insufficient Funding. COUNTY’s obligations under this Agreement are contingent upon the availability of local, state and/or federal funds. In the event such funding is reduced or eliminated, COUNTY shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether this Agreement shall be terminated. COUNTY shall provide CONTRACTOR seven (7) days advance written notice of its intent to terminate this Agreement due to insufficient funding.
Insufficient Funding. In the event that additional funding is needed to complete the Scope of Work, the TA will identify the additional amounts needed and review those estimates with the Sponsor. The Parties will work together to identify potential sources of funding, as well as obtain the necessary funds to complete the Scope of Work. If additional funding is needed due to a change in the Scope of Work, as requested by the Sponsor, the TA will identify the additional amounts needed and review those estimates with the Sponsor. It is the responsibility of the Sponsor to identify the potential sources of funding, as well as obtain the necessary funds to complete the changed Scope of Work. The TA may consider requests for additional funding, but is under no obligation to grant such requests.
Insufficient Funding. Under conditions of reduced funding, the City reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement. S18 SUSPENSION OF FUNDS City may suspend payments to Subrecipient under the following circumstances:
18.1 Failure to comply in any respect with either the terms and/or conditions of this Agreement.
18.2 Submittal by Subrecipient of reports which are incorrect or incomplete in any substantial and material respect.
18.3 Failure of Subrecipient to accept any additional conditions that may be required by law, by executive order, by regulation, or by other policy announced by DOL or the State at any time.
Insufficient Funding. In the event funding from state, federal, or other sources is withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way after the after the effective date of this contract and prior to normal completion, the DEPARTMENT may terminate the contract under Section XI.C. "Termination by DEPARTMENT for Convenience" clause, subject to renegotiation under those new funding limitations and conditions.

In the event such funding is reduced or eliminated, SUB-GRANTEE shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether this Agreement shall be terminated. SUB-GRANTEE shall provide SUB-SUB-GRANTEE seven (7) days advance written notice of its intent to terminate this Agreement due to insufficient funding.
Insufficient Funding. The Participant, acknowledging that this Agreement is funded in whole or in part by funds secured from the state government, agrees that should there be a reduction or discontinuance of such funds by action of the state government, XXXX-CT shall have, in its sole discretion the right to terminate this Agreement in whole or in part. Any such termination shall take effect upon the date set forth in a written notice thereof to the Participant.

HCCF shall provide CR seven (7) days advance written notice of its intent to terminate this Agreement due to insufficient funding.

If the Funding provided by the County is insufficient to procure the Insurance required by this Agreement, the Coalition shall make reasonable efforts to raise additional funds through other means, such as donations, grants, fundraisers, or direct contributions from some or all property owners, with the goal of ensuring the Insurance is available for the property owners as contemplated herein. If such efforts are unsuccessful, the Coalition shall notify the County and the parties shall meet in good faith to discuss alternate
