Insurance and Leave Benefits Availability. Participants in job sharing positions who work at least a Full- Time Equivalency of 50% or greater shall receive prorated fringe benefits and leave benefits at a rate equal to the participant’s FTE. The cost to the Board shall not exceed one Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) teacher.
