Insurance Benefit Pool. To gain maximum utilization of the State insurance appropriation, the District agrees to 3 do an analysis of employee insurance plan enrollment each year. The District will 4 determine whether the maximum amount committed by the District will be expended by 5 payment of the premium for plans in which employees have enrolled. 6
