Insurance Cancellation. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 6.1 hereinabove, no use shall be made or permitted to be made of the Premises nor acts done which will cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Premises or any building of which the Premises may be a part, and if Tenant's use of the Premises causes an increase in said insurance rates, Tenant shall pay any such increase.
Insurance Cancellation. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 5.1 above, the Lessee shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein, including all uses permitted under Section 5.1 above, which will in any way increase the existing rate of or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Building, or any other part thereof, or any of its contents, and if the Lessee's use of the Premises causes an increase in said insurance rates, the Lessee shall pay as additional rent the amount of such increase. The Lessee shall be in default under this Lease should the Lessee cause the cancellation of fire or other insurance upon the Building or Property or should the Lessee fail to pay any increased insurance rate attributable to the Lessee's use of the Premises. In determining whether increased premiums are a result of the Lessee's use or occupancy of the Premises or Building, a schedule issued by the Lessor's insurer computing the insurance rate on the Premises or Building, or the leasehold improvements showing the various components of such rate, shall be conclusive evidence of the several items and charges which make up such rate. The Lessee shall promptly comply with all reasonable requirements of the insurance authority or of any insurer now or hereafter in effect relating to the Premises.

Insurance Cancellation. Despite any other provision of this Lease, no use of the Premises may be made or permitted nor acts done which will adversely affect or increase the cost of any insurance policy maintained by Landlord.

Insurance Cancellation. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done on or about the Leased Premises which may in any way increase the existing rate of any insurance policy covering the Building or Real Property or any of its contents or cause cancellation of any such insurance policy.

Tenant shall not do or permit any use to be made of the Premises or Building which will invalidate or cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises or the Building; and if Tenant’s use of the Premises causes an increase in the premiums due with respect to any such insurance, Tenant shall pay any such increase or reimburse Landlord for such payments as Additional Rent, together with interest on any amount that may be paid by Landlord, all of which shall be payable by Tenant on demand, Landlord hereby represents to Tenant that the use of the Premises for the Permitted Use will not, in and of itself, result in any cancellation or increase in the premiums due with respect to any insurance policy covering the Premises or the Building.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 8.1 of this Lease, no use shall be made or permitted to be made of the Premises, nor acts done which will cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Premises or the Building, and if Tenant’s use of the Premises causes an increase in said insurance rates, Tenant shall pay any such increase as Additional Rent, which, together with interest on any amount paid (at the interest rate set forth in Section 25.4) therefor by Landlord, shall be payable by Tenant on the next succeeding date on which a Base Rental payment is due. Notwithstanding anything further to the contrary confirmed herein, Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Administration (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.
