INSURANCE (Continued. Any Employee laid off pursuant to this article may upon application and at his/her option, continue to receive insurance protection, as outlined in this Agreement, in accordance with COBRA requirements from the date of layoff or until similar benefits are available to the Employee from another employer, whichever comes first. Such continuation of insurance benefits shall be contingent on prior payments by the Employee of the applicable policy premiums.
