Insurance Premiums During Leaves. Where an employee has requested and been granted an unpaid leave, the Employer shall continue its contribution to the employee's health insurance benefit program for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of approval of the leave, (except as is required by the FMLA) provided the employee makes arrangements with the Employer for the payment of the employee's share of the costs.
