Insurance Premiums During Leaves. When an employee has been granted a personal leave for medical reasons, a disability leave, a maternity leave, or a military leave, the Employer shall continue its contribution to the employee's health insurance benefit plan for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the approval of the leave.
