Insurance Review Committee. An insurance review committee shall be established to review and analyze all employee insurance programs for the purpose of recommending updated coverage and premiums. The committee shall consist of the District Business Administrator and two teacher representatives selected by the exclusive representative. The selection of the insurance carrier and policy shall be made by the School District as provided by law.
