Insurer Rating; Certificates of Insurance. All policies required to be carried by Tenant hereunder shall be issued by an insurance company licensed or authorized to do business in the state in which the Property is located with a rating of at least “A-: X” or better as set forth in the most current issue of Best’s Insurance Reports, unless otherwise approved by Landlord. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done that would invalidate the insurance policies required herein. Liability insurance maintained by Tenant shall be primary coverage on behalf of Landlord, its trustees, officers, directors, members, agents, and employees, Landlord’s mortgagees, and Landlord’s representatives and any policies of Landlord, its trustees, officers, directors, members, agents, and employees, Landlord’s mortgagees, and Landlord’s representatives shall be non contributory. Certificates of insurance, reasonably acceptable to Landlord, evidencing the existence and amount of each insurance policy required hereunder shall be delivered to Landlord prior to delivery or possession of the Premises and ten (10) days following each renewal date. Certificates of insurance shall evidence that Landlord, its trustees, officers, directors, members, agents, and employees, Landlord’s mortgagees, and Landlord’s representatives are included as additional insureds on liability policies and that Landlord is included as loss payee on the property insurance as stated in Paragraph 8(d)(E) above. Tenant shall give Landlord and each of the other additional insureds at least ten (10) days prior written notice of cancellation, non-renewal or material change in coverage. (A) In the event that Tenant fails to provide evidence of insurance required to be provided by Tenant in this Lease, prior to the Commencement Date and thereafter during the Lease Term, within ten (10) days following Landlord’s request thereof, and ten (10) days prior to the expiration of any such coverage, Landlord shall be authorized (but not required) to procure such coverage in the amount stated with all costs thereof to be chargeable to Tenant and payable within thirty (30) days of receipt of written invoice thereof. (B) The limits of insurance required by this Lease, or as carried by Tenant and Landlord hereunder, shall not limit the liability of Landlord or Tenant or relieve Landlord or Tenant of any obligation thereunder, except to the extent provided for under Paragraph 8(e) below.   • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

Vendor policies shall be written so as to include a provision that the policy will not be canceled, materially changed, or not renewed without notice as required by law to OGS, Attention: Procurement Services, Corning Tower – 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxx 00000. The Contractor shall not take any action, or omit to take any action that would suspend or invalidate any of the required coverages during the period of time such coverages are required to be in effect. Not less than ten (10) days’ after the expiration date or renewal date, the Contractor shall supply OGS updated evidence of coverage. Certificates of Insurance shall:  Be in the form acceptable to OGS (i.e. an Xxxxx form);  Disclose any deductible, self-insured retention, aggregate limit or exclusion to the policy that materially changes the coverage required by this solicitation or any Contract resulting from this solicitation;  Be accompanied by an Additional Insured and a Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement as required herein;  Refer to this solicitation and any Contract resulting from this solicitation by number and any other attachments on the face of the certificate; and  Be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance carrier or producer. Only original documents (Certificates of Insurance, endorsements & other attachments) or electronic forms, which can be directly traced back to the insurance carrier, agent or broker via e- mail distribution or similar means, will be accepted.

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.

  • Notices; Certificates of Insurance All policies of insurance shall provide for thirty days prior written notice of cancellation or material adverse change. If the policies of insurance do not or cannot be endorsed to provide thirty days prior notice of cancellation or material adverse change, each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other Interconnected Entities with thirty days prior written notice of cancellation or material adverse change to any of the insurance required in this agreement. Each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other with certificates of insurance prior to Initial Operation of the Customer Facility and thereafter at such time intervals as they shall mutually agree upon, provided that such interval shall not be less than one year. All certificates of insurance shall indicate that the certificate holder is included as an additional insured under the Commercial General Liability, Business/Commercial Automobile Liability and Excess and/or Umbrella Liability coverages, and that this insurance is primary with a waiver of subrogation included in favor of the other Interconnected Entities.

  • Insurance Certificates Except for California workers’ compensation insurance, Contractor’s certificate of liability documentation shall include Form CG 20 10 11 85 or equivalent naming District as an additional insured on all insurance policies hereunder and shall furnish a thirty (30)-day written notice prior to coverage reduction or cancellation.   • Certificate of Insurance/Endorsements A certificate of insurance from an insurer with a Best's rating of no less than A- indicating compliance with the required coverages has been received by State Procurement Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000-0000. The certificates must name the State of Montana as certificate holder and Contractor shall provide copies of additional insured endorsements required by Contractor’s commercial general liability and automobile liability policies. Contractor must notify State immediately of any material change in insurance coverage, such as changes in limits, coverages, change in status of policy, etc. State reserves the right to require complete copies of insurance policies at all times.

  • Types of Insurance The types and amounts of insurance required to be maintained under this Article are as follows: (a) Commercial general liability insurance for bodily injury liability, including death, and property damage liability, incurred in connection with the performance of this Agreement, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 in respect of claims arising out of personal injury or sickness or death of any one person, $1,000,000 in respect of claims arising out of personal injury, sickness or death in any one accident or disaster, and $1,000,000 in respect of claims arising out of property damage in any one accident or disaster; and (b) Workers Compensation, Employers Liability, and Disability Benefits as required by New York State.
