INTEGRATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESSES. AVI Systems will follow a foundational project management process which may include the following actions/deliverables (based on the size/complexity/duration of the integration project): • Site Survey – performed prior to Retail Sales Agreement and attached • Project Welcome Notice – emailed upon receipt of Purchase OrderProject Kick-Off meeting with Customer Representative(s) – either by phone or in-person • Project Status reviews – informal or formal – either by phone or in-person (based on the size/complexity/duration of the project) • Project Change Controlcomprised of Field Directed Change Order and/or Contract Change Order submittals (see Appendix) • Notice of Substantial Completion (see Appendix) – at Customer walk-through – prior to Service transition

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout
