Integration with Government Sponsored Pensions. If a Member retires prior to being eligible for unreduced pensions under the Old Age Security Act and Canada Pension Plan, the Member may elect that a greater amount of monthly pension be paid until the Member is first eligible for such government sponsored pensions and a lesser amount of monthly pension be paid thereafter, so as to provide as nearly as possible a level total pension taking into account the adjusted pension under this Plan, and the anticipated pension to the Member under the Old Age Security Act and the Canada Pension Plan. Such benefit will be subject to the provisions of Paragraph 8503(2)(b) and Subsection 8504(5) of the Regulations.

  • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Controlled Government Data The Disclosing Party's Controlled Government Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.

  • Notification of Government Investigation or Legal Proceedings Within 30 days after discovery, Xxxxx shall notify OIG, in writing, of any ongoing investigation or legal proceeding known to Xxxxx conducted or brought by a governmental entity or its agents involving an allegation that Xxxxx has committed a crime or has engaged in fraudulent activities. This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Xxxxx shall also provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter, and shall provide OIG with a description of the findings and/or results of the proceedings, if any.

  • Application for Benefits Requests for short-term leaves shall be in writing, upon the appropriate form prescribed and provided by the District, and shall be filed with the unit member's supervisor and the appropriate manager five (5) days in advance of the intended leave (except in emergency situations), unless otherwise stated by the provisions of the specific leave.

  • Post Retirement Health Care Benefit Employees who separate from State service and who, at the time of separation are insurance eligible and entitled to immediately receive an annuity under a State retirement program, shall be entitled to a contribution of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) to the Minnesota State Retirement System’s (MSRS) Health Care Savings Plan. Employees who have a HCSP waiver on file shall receive a two hundred fifty dollars ($250) cash payment. If the employee separates due to death, the two hundred fifty dollars ($250) is paid in cash, not to the HCSP. An employee who becomes totally and permanently disabled on or after January 1, 2008, who receives a State disability benefit, and is eligible for a deferred annuity under a State retirement program is also eligible for the two hundred fifty dollar ($250) contribution to the MSRS Health Care Savings Plan. Employees are eligible for this benefit only once.

  • Rollovers of Exxon Xxxxxx Settlement Payments If you receive a qualified settlement payment from Exxon Xxxxxx litigation, you may roll over the amount of the settlement, up to $100,000, reduced by the amount of any qualified Exxon Xxxxxx settlement income previously contributed to a Traditional or Xxxx XXX or eligible retirement plan in prior taxable years. You will have until your tax return due date (not including extensions) for the year in which the qualified settlement income is received to make the rollover contribution.   • Performance of Government Functions Nothing contained in this contract shall be deemed or construed so as to in any way estop, limit, or impair the City from exercising or performing any regulatory, policing, legislative, governmental, or other powers or functions.

  • COMPLIANCE BY CONTRACTOR WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS/ EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 6.1 In connection with the performance of the Services, the Contractor shall comply with all applicable statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county or municipal authorities which impose any obligation or duty upon the Contractor, including, but not limited to, civil rights and equal employment opportunity laws. In addition, if this Agreement is funded in any part by monies of the United States, the Contractor shall comply with all federal executive orders, rules, regulations and statutes, and with any rules, regulations and guidelines as the State or the United States issue to implement these regulations. The Contractor shall also comply with all applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Application of Salary Rates The Employer shall continue the current application of salary rates for the duration of this Agreement.
