INTERAGENCY PARTICIPATION. The Agency shall participate in interagency ECEAP planning, coordination and evaluation meetings. The Agency shall also participate in parent policy council/committee meetings, kindergarten transition activities, and health services advisory committee activities. The Agency shall accept technical assistance and training from the County to enhance program quality. In general, visits to Agency sites shall be prearranged; however, the County and DEL reserve the right to perform spontaneous visits.

INTERAGENCY PARTICIPATION. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Texas Government Code 791, the Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act, for furtherance of governmental functions and services, more specifically to further the efficacy of providing police protection and detention services, protecting the public health and welfare, providing records center services and administrative services, and further providing other governmental functions in which the contracting parties are mutually interested. Each Party to this Agreement represents that its participation in this contract has been authorized by the its governing body as required by Sec. 791.011(d)(1), Texas Government Code, and agrees and represents that all payments required to be made in furtherance of the governmental services provided under this Agreement will be paid from current revenues available to the paying Party, as required by Sec. 791.011(d)(3), Texas Government Code.

  • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to:

  • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7. The United States reserves the right to withdraw or withhold its consent if the comments regarding the Consent Decree disclose facts or considerations indicating that the Consent Decree is inappro- priate, improper, or inadequate. Defendant consents to entry of this Consent Decree without further notice and agrees not to withdraw from or oppose entry of this Consent Decree by the Court or to challenge any provision of the Decree, unless the United States has notified Defendant in writing that it no longer supports entry of the Decree.

  • SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION AND DVBE PARTICIPATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS a. If for this Contract Contractor made a commitment to achieve small business participation, then Contractor must within 60 days of receiving final payment under this Contract (or within such other time period as may be specified elsewhere in this Contract) report to the awarding department the actual percentage of small business participation that was achieved.   • Mandatory Participation Participation in the Special Pay Plan is mandatory for all 24 eligible teachers.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.

  • Conditions of Participation Reseller(s) must be approved in advance by the State as a condition of eligibility under the Contract. The State also reserves the right to rescind any such participation or request that Contractor name additional Resellers, in the best interests of the State, at the State’s sole discretion, at any time. Contractor shall have the right to qualify Reseller(s) and their participation as fulfillment agents under this Contract by product line, contracting program (e.g., government/educational sales), geographic region, size/sales volume, technical training or other criteria (“qualifying criteria”), provided that: i) such qualifying criteria are uniformly applied to all potential Resellers based upon Contractor’s established, neutrally applied commercial/governmental program criteria, and not to a particular procurement; ii) all general categories of qualifying criteria must be disclosed by the Contractor to the State, in advance, at the beginning of the Contract term; iii) those qualifying criteria met by the Reseller must be identified on the form provided in Attachment 3 at the time that Reseller approval is requested under this paragraph; and iv) immediate advance notice is provided to OGS in the event that a change in Reseller’s status occurs during the Contract term. All Resellers who have been approved in accordance with the foregoing paragraph shall be eligible to quote lower than Contract pricing for procurements under this Contract which meet their qualifying criteria. Except as otherwise set forth in Attachment 3, Contractor warrants and represents that it shall not, directly or indirectly, by agreement, communication or any other means, restrict any Reseller’s participation or ability to quote a particular order.

  • Financial Participation Prohibited Under Section 2155.004, Texas Government Code (relating to financial participation in preparing solicitations), Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Participation Fee If your account is subject to a Participation Fee, a fee will be charged when you open an account as described on the Disclosure accompanying this Agreement.
