Evaluation Meetings. Within three months of a new Faculty Member's appointment and annually thereafter, the appropriate academic unit head shall meet with each non- tenured Faculty Member to review the Faculty Member's prospective and actual performance, plans for continued professional growth, and RPT criteria and procedures. The academic unit head and the Faculty Member share responsibility for these meetings.

Evaluation Meetings. 23.2.1. The first evaluation will rank Proposers based on the scores from the selection criteria point values. 23.2.2. Following the initial evaluation process, the short-listed proposer(s) may be required to provide an on-site interview/presentation. 23.2.3. Such subsequent evaluations are to be accomplished by simply ranking the Proposers based off the details provided through the on-site interview/presentation. Evaluation Meetings. Within thirty (30) days following ------------------- NeuroSearch's completion of Assays on each of the Year One Extracts, the Committee shall meet to review the results of all of the Assays and evaluate the overall progress of the Program. The Committee shall determine, based upon the results of the Assays performed by NeuroSearch whether any of such Extracts possesses Requisite Activity. Evaluation Meetings. (a) The parties must meet at the frequency specified in the Key Details to evaluate and monitor the Contractor's performance under the Contract (Evaluation Meetings). (b) The Principal may notify the Contractor that the following forms must be used to assist the evaluation of the Contractor's performance under this Contract: (i) Performance Evaluation Form; (ii) Performance Evaluation Record Form; and (iii) Evaluation Trend Scenarios. (c) The participants in the Evaluation Meetings must be approved by the Principal. Participants may include Subcontractors and, if the Principal requires, representatives of Authorities, end users and local communities. Participation in meetings does not give the participants any additional rights or responsibilities. (d) Nothing concerning or in connection with the Evaluation Meetings or the completed evaluation forms changes either party’s rights and responsibilities, or can be relied on or used by one party against another in any proceedings.
