Evaluation Meetings. Within three months of a new Faculty Member's appointment and annually thereafter, the appropriate academic unit head shall meet with each non- tenured Faculty Member to review the Faculty Member's prospective and actual performance, plans for continued professional growth, and RPT criteria and procedures. The academic unit head and the Faculty Member share responsibility for these meetings.
Evaluation Meetings. 23.2.1. The first evaluation will rank Proposers based on the scores from the selection criteria point values.
23.2.2. Following the initial evaluation process, the short-listed proposer(s) may be required to provide an on-site interview/presentation.
23.2.3. Such subsequent evaluations are to be accomplished by simply ranking the Proposers based off the details provided through the on-site interview/presentation. Proposers will be ranked in sequential order with one (1) being the highest ranking. Proposers’ rankings will then be totaled with the total lowest scores receiving final rank order starting with one (1) that shall indicate the highest technically evaluated and most qualified Proposer by the evaluation committee.

Evaluation Meetings. Within thirty (30) days following ------------------- NeuroSearch's completion of Assays on each of the Year One Extracts, the Committee shall meet to review the results of all of the Assays and evaluate the overall progress of the Program. The Committee shall determine, based upon the results of the Assays performed by NeuroSearch whether any of such Extracts possesses Requisite Activity. If so, the Committee shall then designate between [ ]* Extracts that have been determined to possess Requisite Activity as Validated Hit Extracts.
Evaluation Meetings. Unit members shall receive their regular hourly rate when attending an annual evaluation meeting when not scheduled during the regular workday.
Evaluation Meetings. 14.1 At the commencement of vending operations, the Contractor and the University shall have appropriate representatives meet on a regular monthly basis, or more frequently as needed, to ensure an efficient and effective start-up. Meetings may be either in person or by conference call/video conference. The parties may mutually determine to meet less frequently as operations progress.
14.2 The Contractor and the Contractor's Vendor shall, on an as needed basis, send management representatives to meet with such appropriate persons as are designated by the University to discuss the vending services so that, through mutual cooperation, good relationships will be maintained with those who use the Contractor's services and so that any service issues can be promptly resolved.
Evaluation Meetings. 1. Within the first six (6) weeks of employment, an individual meeting will be held between each new employee and his/her evaluator.
2. Individual meetings will be held within the first six (6) weeks of the assignment when there is a newly assigned evaluator.
3. All unit members who are to be evaluated will be notified within the first six (6) weeks of the school year.
4. Other individual meetings will also be held at anytime if requested by either the unit member or his/her evaluator.

Evaluation Meetings. (a) The parties must meet at the frequency specified in the Key Details to evaluate and monitor the Contractor's performance under the Contract (Evaluation Meetings).
(b) The Principal may notify the Contractor that the following forms must be used to assist the evaluation of the Contractor's performance under this Contract:
(i) Performance Evaluation Form;
(ii) Performance Evaluation Record Form; and
(iii) Evaluation Trend Scenarios.
(c) The participants in the Evaluation Meetings must be approved by the Principal. Participants may include Subcontractors and, if the Principal requires, representatives of Authorities, end users and local communities. Participation in meetings does not give the participants any additional rights or responsibilities.
(d) Nothing concerning or in connection with the Evaluation Meetings or the completed evaluation forms changes either party’s rights and responsibilities, or can be relied on or used by one party against another in any proceedings.
