Interagency Resources. Interagency funding, staffing, and utilization of resources and facilities may be pursued when an interagency approach is appropriate and cost effective. Shared staffing and funding will be commensurate with each Agency’s use of the resources and may if carried out be agreed to in a separate Project and Financial Plan or included in AOPs.
