Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.24, neither the Seller, nor any Affiliate, spouse or child of the Seller, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of any of them, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Seller, or in any person from whom or to whom the Seller leases any property, or in any other person with whom the Seller is doing business.
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. Except as set forth in Schedule 6.19, neither Seller nor any officer or director of Seller, nor, to Seller's knowledge, any spouse or child of any of them, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of Seller or in any person with whom Seller is doing business (excluding ownership of less than 10% of any corporation or other entity traded publicly).
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. Neither the Seller, nor any officer, director or employee of any of the Seller, nor any spouse or child of any of them will compete with the Buyer in the payperview and cable services to hotel/lodging rooms business to be sold pursuant to this Agreement.
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. To Parent’s Knowledge, no officer or director of Parent, nor any Affiliate thereof or any member of their respective family, has any direct or indirect interest in any customer, supplier or competitor of the Company or in any other business, firm or Person with whom the Company does business. Parent has no outstanding loans to any officer, director or shareholder of Parent or the Company or any member of their respective families.
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. Except as set forth in SCHEDULE 6.24, neither Company nor any officer, director or, to the best knowledge of the Selling Parties, any employee of Company, nor any spouse or child of any of them has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier, customer or client of Company or in any person with whom Company is doing business.
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. None of the Seller or, to the Knowledge of the Seller, any director, officer or shareholder of the Seller or the Seller’s Holding has any direct or indirect controlling interest in any competitor or supplier of the Seller’s Business, or in any Person with whom the Seller is doing business.
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. To the Knowledge of the Shareholder or Cyberworks, except as disclosed and described in Schedule 3.19 (and including direct employee compensation disclosed to Inland and not in arrears), neither the Shareholder nor Cyberworks, nor any officer, director or Affiliate of Cyberworks, nor any spouse or child of any of them, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, contractor, supplier or customer of Cyberworks, or in any person with whom Cyberworks is doing business or is leasing or buying property or services. No person who is an officer, director or shareholder of Cyberworks, or any member of any officer's, director's or shareholder's immediate family, is directly or indirectly interested in any material contract or informal arrangement with Cyberworks, including, but not limited to, any loan arrangements, except for compensation for services as an officer, director or employee of Cyberworks as listed in Schedule 3.18. None of such officers, directors, shareholders or family members has any interest in any property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, including, without limitation, inventions, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names or trade secrets, used in the business of Cyberworks, except for the normal rights of a shareholder.
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. No Shareholder, nor any officer, director, or employee of Company nor any spouse or child of any of them, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier, or customer of Company or in any person from whom or to whom Company leases or licenses any real or personal property, or in any other person with whom Company is doing business, except as stated in Schedule 2.
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. Except as disclosed in Schedule 6.22, neither the Shareholder, nor any other officer or director of the Corporation, nor any spouse or child of any of the foregoing persons, has any direct or indirect interest (other than the beneficial ownership of not more than one percent (1%) of the outstanding equity securities of a publicly traded issuer) in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Corporation, or in any person from whom or to whom the Corporation leases any real or personal property, or in any other person with whom the Corporation is doing business.
Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.23 attached hereto, to the Company’s Knowledge, no member and no officer or manager of the Company, nor any Affiliate thereof or any member of their respective family, has any direct or indirect interest in any customer, supplier or competitor of the Company or in any business, firm or Person from whom or to whom the Company leases any Asset, or in any other business, firm or Person with whom the Company does business. Except as reflected on the Company Financial Statements, the Company has no outstanding loans to any officer, manager or member of the Company or any member of their respective family, other than short term travel advances made in the ordinary course of business.
