Common use of INTERFERING CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

INTERFERING CONDITIONS. Contractor shall promptly and fully notify NACCHO of any condition that interferes with, or threatens to interfere with, the successful carrying out of Contractor's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, or the accomplishment of the purposes thereof. Such notice shall not relieve Contractor of said duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
