Common use of Interim Bargaining Committee Clause in Contracts

Interim Bargaining Committee. A. An Interim Bargaining Committee (IBC) shall be established with the effective date of this contract. The IBC shall consist of six (6) members, three (3) members appointed by the Board and three (3) members appointed by the Association. The IBC will be established without delay after the effective date of this contract.
