(h) All signs and decals shall be clean secure and legible. (i) Lessee’s logos, insignias and proprietary markings shall be removed and the surface restored or repainted such that no evidence of such items remains. (j) Safety belts and harnesses shall be free of stains, discolouration, and fraying other than minor stains, discolouration and fraying. (k) Seats, lavatories and galleys shall be to an international airline standard and shall be fully serviceable, in good condition and repainted as necessary. (l) All panels and nets in the cargo compartment shall be in good condition; all rollers and cargo restraint / nets and moving mechanisms shall be serviceable; and all compartments shall meet the then current the EASA and FAA fire regulations; all doors shall be rigged and functioning properly; and the compartments shall be freshly painted. (m) All interior placards shall be in the English language.
INTERIOR AND COCKPIT. (a) Lessor may carry out the inspections contemplated by Schedule 12. Lessee shall ensure that any replacements, repairs or repainting which are required in accordance with Schedule 12 are effected at Lessee's cost. For the purposes of this Section 1.7 only, references in Schedule 12 to "Maintenance Manual" shall be deemed to refer to Lessee's Maintenance Program manual. The size and the appearance of the Exterior Signage shall be subject to the prior approval of Landlord, which approval shall not unreasonably be withheld, conditioned or delayed. The installation, maintenance and removal of such Exterior Signage shall be performed at Tenant’s expense in accordance with the terms and conditions governing alterations pursuant to Section 9 of the Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section XI to the contrary, within thirty (30) days after the date on which (i) there occurs, and remains uncured, a Monetary Default of Tenant (beyond applicable notice and period of cure), (ii) Imprivata, Inc. (or an Affiliate or successor to Tenant by Ownership Change) is no longer leasing at least 25,000 rentable square feet in the Building, or (iii) the Term of the Lease expires or is terminated, then Tenant shall, at its cost and expense, remove the Exterior Signage and restore all damage to the Building caused by the installation and/or removal of such Exterior Signage, which removal and restoration shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions governing alterations pursuant to Section 9 of the Lease. The right to the Exterior Signage granted pursuant to this Section XI is personal to Imprivata, Inc. (and its Affiliates or successor to Tenant by Ownership Change) and may not be exercised by any occupant, subtenant, or other assignee of Imprivata, Inc., other than an Affiliate or successor to Tenant by Ownership Change. Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant’s efforts to obtain any permit or approval required or desirable in connection with the installation of the Exterior Signage, and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for its reasonable third party out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with providing such cooperation.
