Interior Finish Package. As part of the Purchase Price, the Unit shall include the interior finish package ("Interior Finish Package") selected for the Unit as noted in Exhibit B to this Agreement. The Interior Finish Package is described in the Plans and Specifications, a copy of which is available for review by Purchaser in the manner set forth in Section 4(b) above, and is summarized in the interior finish summary available to Purchaser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, construction scheduling may have already required that Seller select the Interior Finish Package for the Unit, in which event the Interior Finish Package for the Unit shall be the selection already checked as shown on Exhibit B.

Interior Finish Package. As part of the Purchase Price, the Unit shall include the following interior finish package: Option 1, Option 2, or Option 3 (the “Interior Finish Package”). The Interior Finish Package is summarized in the interior finish summary, a copy of which is included in the Disclosure Documents (defined below). If not marked herein upon execution of this Agreement, Purchaser shall have forty-five (45) days from the Effective Date to notify Seller of Purchaser’s Interior Finish Package selection. If, upon expiration of the forty-five (45) day period, Seller has not received notice of Purchaser’s preferred Interior Finish Package, Purchaser will be deemed to have selected Option 2.
Interior Finish Package. As part of the Purchase Price, the Unit shall include the interior finish package ("Interior Finish Package") selected by Purchaser pursuant to Exhibit B to this Agreement. Purchaser’s Interior Finish Package selection must be submitted by Purchaser on or before the date that is seven (7) days following the Effective Date (the “Selection Deadline”). It is expressly understood and agreed by Purchaser that, due to construction scheduling critical to the development of the Project, Seller shall not be obligated to accept any Interior Finish Package selection submitted by Purchaser after the Selection Deadline and, in the event that Purchaser has not selected an Interior Finish Package by the Selection Deadline, Seller shall select on behalf of Purchaser one of the two Interior Finish Package selections, which shall be binding on Purchaser, and the Unit shall include the Interior Finish Package selected by Seller. The Interior Finish Package is described in the Plans and Specifications, a copy of which is available for review by Purchaser in the manner set forth in Section 4(b) above, and is summarized in the interior finish summary available to Purchaser.   • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Normal Work Schedule 130. Compensation fixed herein on a per diem basis are for a normal eight-hour work day; and on a bi-weekly basis for a bi-weekly period of service consisting of normal work schedules.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • NORMAL WORK SCHEDULES 112. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, a “normal work day” is a tour of duty of eight (8) hours completed within not more than nine (9) hours. The normal work week for employees covered by this agreement is 40 hours.
