Internal Moves. Student requests to move from their current unit to a different unit within Family Housing are only considered if there is a change in Family size. Three bedroom townhouses are prioritized for internal tenant transfers that no longer meet the requirements laid out in Section 2.3. When excess inventory exists, external applicants may be considered for three bedroom townhouse occupancy.

Internal Moves. If a resident needs to move within Village Ridge the resident may obtain moving services or Village Ridge Staff may assist in moving the resident’s personal belongings and furniture. If the resident requests that facility staff assists with moving the resident’s belongings and furniture between the apartments a moving fee of $200 will be charged to cover the cost of labor and materials to move the resident to their new apartment. If there is damage to the apartment the resident is moving from the resident’s damage deposit will be utilized to make the repairs and the resident will be asked to make the necessary payment to bring the damage deposit back to amount as outlined in item 2 of this agreement.
Internal Moves a. If you are interested in an internal move, you must complete the Internal Move Form, please ask for one at the Pro-shop. Your form will then be added to the internal move list. You will then be contacted in the order your form was submitted and will only be contacted for the sites you have listed on your form. Just because you have a site listed and it comes available does not guarantee that you will get it, as there could be someone on the list ahead of you who has also selected that site.

  • Internal Control Effective control and accountability must be maintained for all cash, real and personal property, and other assets. Grantee must adequately safeguard all such property and must provide assurance that it is used solely for authorized purposes.   • Internal Investigations (A) The parties recognize that Florida Highway Patrol personnel occupy a special place in American society. Therefore, it is understood that the state has the right to expect that a professional standard of conduct be adhered to by all Florida Highway Patrol personnel regardless of rank or assignment. Since internal investigations may be undertaken to inquire into complaints of Florida Highway Patrol misconduct, the state reserves the right to conduct such investigations to uncover the facts in each case, but expressly agrees to carefully guard and protect the rights and dignity of accused personnel. In the course of an internal investigation, the investigative methods employed will be consistent with the law (including but not limited to section 112.532, Florida Statutes) and this agreement; nothing in this agreement, however, shall be deemed to diminish the rights of employees under applicable law.
