Lost Keys a. Lost or broken room keys will result in Resident’s lock being changed. The cost of lock changes and replacement of keys will be charged to Resident’s University account.
Lost Keys. Lessee shall promptly report to the UTA Housing Office any lost or stolen keys to the Premises or the Premises’ mailbox. The lock to the Premises will be changed and new keys will be issued to the Lessee and Occupants. UTA may charge Lessee a fee for labor, materials, overhead, and extra keys, in accordance with applicable state law. RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING USE OF PREMISES
Lost Keys. ➢ Lost keys must be promptly reported to the Office of Residential Services. Upon notification of a lost room key, the lock will be changed and the tenant responsible will be charged for the cost of the lock core(s) and issuance of keys to all residents. All lock and key charges will be invoiced on tenant accounts. Lock change charges vary depending on location. For security of the affected residents, loss of keys to houses may result in re-keying of the entire building at the expense of the responsible Tenant. ➢ Loss of keys in Xxxxxx suites, Village apartments, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx or MILE Houses will result in changing all the affected cores on the unit system at the expense of the responsible Tenant. The cost to rekey is a minimum of $250.00. ➢ Tenants will normally be charged for all replacement keys and lock changes unless it is determined by the College locksmith that the breakage was due to malfunction of the lock. ➢ Tenants are not permitted to allow another individual to use their key(s).
Lost Keys. If a key is lost, a lock change will be initiated and a $75 charge will be assessed to the resident’s account. Residents of Xxxxxxxxxx, Edgewood and Acorn: If both keys are lost at the sametime, both locks with be changed and a $100 charge will be assessed.
Lost Keys. If a Resident’s keys are lost, the Resident should notify University Housing immediately. Locks will be changed, consistent with University Housing policy, to ensure personal and property safety. The Resident shall be billed for all charges, as stipulated in the Schedule of Fees.

Lost Keys. As a safety precaution to future users of the Facility, it is FBYC’s policy to rekey the entire Facility if all keys issued to Licensee are not returned within 24 hours of checking out. If all keys are not returned after 24 hours, Licensee will be charged $250.00 per lost key. This fee will be added to the Licensee's final invoice.
Lost Keys. Unless the tenant lives in sheltered accommodation, the tenant must replace any lost key and change the locks if necessary.
