International Obligations. A Party, prior to adopting a measure under an inter-governmental agreement on goods pursuant to Article XX(h) of the GATT 1994, which may affect the trade in commodities among the Parties, shall consult another Party to prevent the nullification or impairment of a concession granted by that Party under Article 3.04.
International Obligations. Nothing in this Chapter or Implementing Arrangements shall limit the rights or obligations of the Parties pursuant to the SPS Agreement.
International Obligations. The provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the rights or obligations of the States contained in international agreements which apply to the States.
International Obligations. 1. The Parties reaffirm their existing rights and obligations with respect to each other under the SPS Agreement.
2. Nothing in this Chapter shall prevent a Party from adopting, implementing or maintaining measures necessary to achieve its appropriate level of protection for human, animal or plant life or health consistent with its rights and obligations under the SPS Agreement.
International Obligations. The Parties affirm their rights and obligations with respect to each other under the SPS Agreement.
International Obligations. The provisions of this agreement are without prejudice to the international obligations of the contracting parties, including in relation to Ireland, obligations devolving from European Community Law.
International Obligations. 15.1 The Licensee shall conform to International Laws, Treaties Conventions and Standards, including but not limited to recommendations, standards and positions of the International Telecommunications Union.
15.2 The Licensee shall have the status of a Recognized Private Operating Agency within the meaning of the International Telecommunication Convention.
15.3 The Licensee shall negotiate and conclude all necessary international commercial and operating agreements arising directly from or required by virtue of the Licensee's status from time to time under the applicable rules and regulations in the telecommunications sector subject to prior notification to or, where necessary, prior approval by the Licensor or such other requirements as the Licensor may establish from time to time.
International Obligations. The provisions of this Agreement are without prejudice to the international obligations of the Parties, including, in relation to the United Kingdom, obligations arising from European Union law.
International Obligations. The provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the rights or obligations of the Contracting Parties con- tained in International Conventions, Agreements and Regulations which apply to them.
International Obligations. 1. Annex 702.1 applies to the Parties specified in that Annex with respect to agricultural trade under certain agreements between them.
2. Prior to adopting pursuant to an intergovernmental commodity agreement, a measure that may affect trade in an agricultural good between the Parties, the Party proposing to adopt the measure shall consult with the other Parties with a view to avoiding nullification or impairment of a concession granted by that Party in its Schedule to Annex 302.2.
3. Annex 702.3 applies to the Parties specified in that Annex with respect to measures adopted or maintained pursuant to an intergovernmental coffee agreement.
