Internet and Phone Banking. 26.1 The Internet and Phone Banking conditions in this condition 26 apply each time you use Internet and Phone Banking. How to start using Internet and Phone Banking 26.2 You must register before you use Internet and Phone Banking for the first time. You may ask us to register you by visiting any of our branches or by phoning 1300 555 203 between 8am and 9pm (AEST), 7 days a week. For as long as you are registered, you may use Internet and Phone Banking to access the funds or credit in the card account and any linked account and information about the card account and any linked account. 26.3 When you are issued with a card, you may be automatically registered for Internet and Phone Banking. If so, we advise you by letter sent to the address held on our records. When you ask us, we will register you for Internet and Phone Banking. 26.4 When we register you for Internet and Phone Banking: (a) we give you an Internet and Phone Banking access number. The number may be the same as the number on your card; (b) you can select and change your own Internet and Phone Banking security number when you use Phone Banking. You can change your Internet and Phone Banking security number and select and change your own Internet Banking password when you use Internet Banking. If you do not select one within the time we allow, we will issue an Internet and Phone Banking security number to you. If we issue an Internet and Phone Banking security number to you, we tell you what the Internet and Phone Banking security number is by letter sent to the address held on our records. You can select your own Internet and Phone Banking security number when you use Internet or Phone Banking. For your security, we recommend that you select an Internet and Phone Banking security number that is different from any of your ATM/EFTPOS PINs. Refer to conditions 26.17 and 26.18 regarding the security of your Internet and Phone Banking security number; (c) you may select your own Internet Banking password. If you do not select one within the time we allow, we will place your access to Internet Banking into “inactive” status. For your security, we recommend that you create an Internet Banking password that is unique. This password must be at least 6 characters long and must include both a letter and a number. Refer to conditions 26.17 and 26.18 regarding the security of your Internet Banking password; and (d) you will also be registered automatically for Secure Code Service.

You may be automatically registered for internet and phone banking. If so, we will give you notice. 31.1 Your loan term is stated in the Offer. Unless otherwise indicated in the Offer it begins on the settlement date or, in the case of a loan on which progressive drawdown period repayments are being made, on the repayment date immediately following the final progressive drawdown. 31.2 We may agree to lengthen or shorten your loan term by varying the amount of each repayment. 32 subsTITuTING A securItY You may ask us to accept a new mortgage over other land as a substitute for any mortgage which is security for your loan. We may agree to this if you satisfy any reasonable requirements that we have, such as repaying part of the loan amount. We will require the new mortgage to be provided at the same time that the existing mortgage is discharged. We charge a fee for substituting a mortgage or other security.

  • Telephone Services All telegraph, telephone, and communication connections which Tenant may desire outside the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord, except that such approval is not required as to Tenant’s cabling from the Premises in a route designated by Landlord to any telephone cabinet or panel provided for Tenant’s connection to the telephone cable serving the Building, so long as Tenant’s equipment does not require connections different than or additional to those to the telephone cabinet or panel provided. As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Telephone Monitoring You agree that Chase and its third-party service providers may listen to and record telephone calls as part of providing program services.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Telephone Access Employees shall be entitled to reasonable use of the client's telephone for local calls during the evening to speak with family members (i.e., spouse, children, dependants, parents). Employees may not receive personal calls on the client's telephone nor give out the client's telephone number. In the case of urgent personal calls to the employee, messages will be taken by the Employer and passed on to the employee as soon as possible. In the event of an emergency, the employee shall use the client's telephone to contact the appropriate authorities or the contact person designated by the Employer.

  • Electronic Mail (E-mail If you send the Bank an e-mail message, the Bank will be deemed to have received it on the following business day. You should not rely on e-mail if you need to report an unauthorized transaction from one of your accounts or if you need to stop a payment that is scheduled to occur. • NOTE: E-mail transmissions outside of the Online Banking site are not secure. We advise you not to send us or ask for sensitive information such as account numbers, Password, account information, etc. via any general or public e-mail system. If you wish to contact us electronically, please use the e- mail link provided on our Online Banking site. Use this secure form to e-mail the Bank regarding inquiries about an electronic funds transfer error resolution, reporting unauthorized transactions, or contacting the Bank regarding other concerns of a confidential nature.
