Access to Internet Banking. You will gain access to your Online Accounts through the use of your Internet-enabled device, your Internet Service Provider, your Access ID/Username and your Password. State Bank Internet Banking consists of an Online banking web site that provides a complete array of financial services. These services currently include the following:  Account inquiries, balances, rates  View detailed transactions  Two months of historical transactionsAccount transfers  Various bookkeeping servicesPayments to our loan accounts  Transaction Downloads  Online Periodic Statements, for eligible deposit accounts  One-time payments  Occasional payments  Fixed recurring payments  Variable recurring payments Additional services may be available for Online Banking from time to time. By using these services when they are available, you agree to be bound by the rules made available to you concerning these services. State Bank Internet Banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during special maintenance periods. For purposes of transactions, State Bank's Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays as observed by State Bank. All Online Banking Service transactions executed after 8:00 p.m. on business days, and all transactions, which are requested on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays on which State Bank chooses to remain closed, will be processed on the next State Bank Business Day. You should strictly maintain the confidentiality of your User ID and Password for Online Banking services. To help prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of your accounts, your online session may end if there is no activity. This could protect you in case you accidentally leave your computer unattended after you logged on. When you return to your computer, you may be prompted to re-enter your password. In any event you agree to assume responsibility for all transactions accessed through your account up to the limits allowed by applicable law. If you believe your Password has been compromised, call State Bank immediately at 877.867.4218 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Telephoning is the best way of minimizing your losses. Notify us at once if your User I.D. and Password have been lost, stolen or used without your consent. Access to Internet Banking. The User would be allotted an Internet Banking User-id and a set of secret passwords by Bank in the first instance. i. The User will be required to change the password assigned by Bank on accessing Internet Banking for the first time. As a safety measure, the User shall change the password as frequently thereafter as possible. ii. The User acknowledges, represents, and warrants that the password which will be issued to it, provides access to the Account and that User is the sole and exclusive owner and is the only authorised User of the password and accepts sole responsibility for use, confidentiality, and protection of the password, as well as for all orders and information changes (i.e., change of address) entered into Accounts using such password. iii. If the User forgets the Internet Banking password or the Internet Banking Password gets locked after a number of incorrect attempts, up to such number as may be intimated by Bank from time to time, then the User may request for the issue of a new password through the Bank’s Internet Banking portal with Debit card details and in case User doesn’t have Bank’s Debit card then User must have registered email ID with Bank where the new passwords shall be shared. iv. Such password may be issued within such time as may be intimated by Bank from time to time. The User agrees and acknowledges that e Bank shall in no way be held responsible or liable if the User incurs any loss as a result of information being disclosed by Bank regarding his/her Account(s) or carrying the instruction of the User pursuant to the access of the Internet Banking and the User shall fully indemnify and hold harmless Bank and the Affiliates in respect of the same. v. The User shall maintain the secrecy of all information of confidential nature and shall ensure that the same is not disclosed to any person voluntarily, accidentally or by mistake. vi. The User agrees and acknowledges that any loss, damage, liability caused or suffered by the User due to disclosure of all information of confidential nature or through unauthorised use shall be borne by the user without transferring any liability or responsibility towards Bank. vii. The User shall comply with such guidelines, instructions or terms as Bank may prescribe from time to time with respect to the password. viii.   • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Access to NID 2.7.3.1 NewPhone may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and NewPhone shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID: 2.7.3.1.1 BellSouth shall allow NewPhone to connect its Loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premises; 2.7.3.1.2 Where an adequate length of the customer’s premises wiring is present and environmental conditions permit, either Party may remove the customer premises wiring from the other Party’s NID and connect such wiring to that Party’s own NID; 2.7.3.1.3 Either Party may enter the subscriber access chamber or dual chamber NID enclosures for the purpose of extending a cross-connect or spliced jumper wire from the customer premises wiring through a suitable “punch-out” hole of such NID enclosures; or 2.7.3.1.4 NewPhone may request BellSouth to make other rearrangements to the customer premises wiring terminations or terminal enclosure on a time and materials cost basis. 2.7.3.2 In no case shall either Party remove or disconnect the other Party’s loop facilities from either Party’s NIDs, enclosures, or protectors unless the applicable Commission has expressly permitted the same and the disconnecting Party provides prior notice to the other Party. In such cases, it shall be the responsibility of the Party disconnecting loop facilities to leave undisturbed the existing form of electrical protection and to maintain the physical integrity of the NID. It will be NewPhone’s responsibility to ensure there is no safety hazard, and NewPhone will hold BellSouth harmless for any liability associated with the removal of the BellSouth Loop from the BellSouth NID. Furthermore, it shall be the responsibility of the disconnecting Party, once the other Party’s loop has been disconnected from the NID, to reconnect the disconnected loop to a nationally recognized testing laboratory listed station protector, which has been grounded as per Article 800 of the National Electrical Code. If no spare station protector exists in the NID, the disconnected loop must be appropriately cleared, capped and stored. 2.7.3.3 NewPhone shall not remove or disconnect ground wires from BellSouth’s NIDs, enclosures, or protectors. 2.7.3.4 NewPhone shall not remove or disconnect NID modules, protectors, or terminals from BellSouth’s NID enclosures. 2.7.3.5 Due to the wide variety of NID enclosures and outside plant environments, BellSouth will work with NewPhone to develop specific procedures to establish the most effective means of implementing this section if the procedures set forth herein do not apply to the NID in question.

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to:

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Internet Use Customer assumes total responsibility for its and its users’ use of the Internet. Masergy specifically disclaims any warranties, endorsements or representations regarding any merchandise, information, software, products, data, files, or services provided through the Internet.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.
