Internet Gambling (Unlawful Internet Gambling. Enforcement Act of 2006). The Credit Union is prohibited from processing illegal transactions, through your Accounts or through our relationship with you, including unlawful Internet gambling transactions. You may not use your account in any manner or for any transaction that we believe poses an undue risk of illegality. We will refuse to process any such activity. We will impose restrictions on your account including close your account if you engage in unlawful activity. If you use your Account relationship or engage in a transaction that is determined to be illegal, you will be liable to us. You waive any right to take legal action against the Credit Union for any illegal use or transactions and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Credit Union and any third-party processors from and against any lawsuits, other legal action, or liability that results directly or indirectly from such illegal use or transactions. You agree to certify to us at Account opening and, if requested, annually that you do not engage in an Internet gambling business. You authorize us to investigate the Account Owner, the principals’, and the Authorized Signers’ background, including without limitation any financial institution and payment processor references. You also agree to notify us immediately if at any time the Account Owner’s business changes in any way that causes any prior certification to be inaccurate. If you certify to us that the Account Owner(s) has legal authority to engage in an Internet Gambling business, you acknowledge and agree that we will close the account as is our sole and absolute discretion. Additionally, if internet gambling activity is detected during our routine monitoring of accounts, we reserve the right to close the account without prior notification to you.

  • Internet Use Customer assumes total responsibility for its and its users’ use of the Internet. Masergy specifically disclaims any warranties, endorsements or representations regarding any merchandise, information, software, products, data, files, or services provided through the Internet.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT To the extent applicable, Supplier certifies that during the term of this Contract it will comply with applicable requirements of 2 C.F.R. § 200.216.

  • Lottery Unless otherwise exempted in the Public School Code, if more students apply than can be admitted based on the School’s enrollment cap, admission decisions will be made by a lottery processxlii. The School shall adopt in advance the enrollment procedure for vacancies that occur during the school year that complies with applicable law.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Z-Tel. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Z-Tel.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.
