Common use of Interrupted Long Term Assignment Clause in Contracts

Interrupted Long Term Assignment. In the event that a Long-Term Occasional Teacher’s assignment is interrupted by the regular teacher’s return for a period of ten (10) days or less, and the regular teacher again becomes unavailable, for the same initial reason, the same Occasional Teacher will be rehired, if available, and the long-term assignment will be deemed to be uninterrupted.
