Interruption of Lunch Breaks. The District agrees to meet with the Union regarding the issue of missed or interrupted lunch periods upon request of the Union. In the event that District needs are having the effect of repeatedly interrupting scheduled lunch periods, the District and the Union will meet to discuss the issue to attempt to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. The Union may request information from the department or division regarding scheduled lunch periods being interrupted.
