Intersession Office Hours. Bargaining unit members may apply for office hour pay at a rate of $50.00 per hour. The District will designate up to a total of $5,000.00 per intersession to support office hours for eligible unit members. Intersession office hours will be subject to pre-approval by the supervisor and available funding. Unit members approved for intersession office hours shall publish regularly scheduled office hours in all course syllabi as well as in the designated area for posting office hour information (as described in (Section 16.5) by the end of the first week of instruction.

  • Office Hours 7.5.1 Each Bargaining Unit Faculty Member shall maintain a sufficient number of regular office hours to meet the reasonable needs of the Member’s students and advisees.

  • Building Hours The specific hours at any individual building may vary according to the needs of the educational program of the School District. The specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • Flexible Hours Upon the request of an employee and the concurrence of the Employer, an employee may work flexible hours on a daily basis so long as the daily hours amount to seven and one-half (71/2).
