Introductory and Promotional Rates and Fees. A “Promotional Rate” is an APR applicable to certain qualifying new transactions for a specified period of time. An “Introductory Rate” is a Promotional Rate that may be offered in connection with opening your Account. A “Promotional Fee” is a transaction fee applicable to certain qualifying new transactions for a specified period of time. An “Introductory Fee” is a promotional fee that may be offered in connection with opening your Account. We may offer Promotional Rates and Promotional Fees on certain specified transactions on your Account from time to time. You can find the Introductory or Promotional APR, as applicable, in the Credit Card Terms and Conditions document included as part of this Agreement.

Introductory and Promotional Rates and Fees. At the time your Account is opened, Bank may offer introductory or promotional rates and fees for a specified period of time that will be disclosed in your Interest Rate and Interest Charges document. If your Account is eligible, Bank may, from time to time, offer introductory or promotional rates and fees after your Account is opened. The terms of that offer will be disclosed to you at that time and may differ from any prior introductory or promotional offers. After introductory or promotional rates and fees expire, the remaining balances will be subject to your standard applicable APR and fees.

  • Introductory Period ‌ The first 120 calendar days of continuous employment with the employer shall be considered an introductory period.   • Introductory Caterpillar Financial Funding Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the "Depositor"), proposes to cause Caterpillar Financial Asset Trust 2007-A (the "Issuing Entity") to issue $19,798,000 aggregate principal amount of Class B 6.18% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class B Notes") and to sell the Class B Notes to Mxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Fxxxxx & Sxxxx Incorporated (the "Underwriter"). The assets of the Issuing Entity will include, among other things, a pool of fixed-rate retail installment sale contracts and finance leases (the "Receivables") secured by new and used machinery manufactured primarily by Caterpillar Inc. ("Caterpillar"), including rights to receive certain payments with respect to such Receivables, and security interests in the machinery financed by the Receivables (the "Financed Equipment"), and the proceeds thereof. The Receivables will be transferred to the Issuing Entity by the Depositor.
