Construction materials (1) The restrictions of section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act) do not apply to Recovery Act designated country manufactured construction material. The restrictions of the Buy American statute do not apply to designated country unmanufactured construction material. Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. B. Efforts shall be continued to seek and use instructional materials which reflect the contribution and presence of diverse ethnic and cultural groups. C. 1. Selection of instructional materials for each school shall be made by a committee of teachers chosen by the faculty within that school.
Operational Support Systems <<customer_name>> shall pay charges for Operational Support Systems (OSS) as set forth in this Agreement in Attachment 1 and/or in Attachments 2, 3 and 5, as applicable.
Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

No Additional Work or Material No claim for additional services, not specifically provided in this contract, performed or furnished by the contractor, will be allowed, nor may the contractor do any work or furnish any material not covered by the contract unless the work or material is ordered in writing by the Project Director and approved by the Agency Head.
System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
Equipment and Materials CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the performance on the Agreement except:
Operational Support 2.1 Party A agrees, according to the operational needs of Party B, to act as the guarantor of Party B in the contracts, agreements, or transactions entered into between Party B and third parties, in order to fully guarantee the performance by Party B of such contracts, agreements, and transactions. 2.2 Party A agrees, according to the operational needs Party B, to recommend directors and senior management to Party B and Party B agrees to appoint such personnel recommended by Party A to be its directors and senior management. The relevant personnel recommended by Party A pursuant to this Article shall meet the qualification requirements for directors and senior management under applicable laws. 2.3 To ensure the performance of this Agreement, Party A agrees to provide to Party B cooperative policy advice and guidance, which is consistent with the daily operation and financial management and the employment policy of Party B.
