Such interviews shall not interfere in any way with an Employer’s business activity. Should a client complaint be involved, the applicable Employer will attempt to provide a copy of the clients’ written complaint, if any, with all identifiers removed, so long as the removal of identifiers adequately protects the confidentiality rights of the client and the provision of the complaint does not violate federal, state, local laws or regulations.
