Common use of Investigative Conference Clause in Contracts

Investigative Conference. Except in cases where the unit member is placed on administrative leave with pay, a unit member against whom disciplinary action is being considered shall be scheduled to attend an investigative conference with the Human Resources Director or his/her designee.
