Investment Report. With respect to all Nonpurpose Investments acquired during the term of this Letter Agreement with Gross Proceeds of each Local School Bond issue, the Investment Manager shall maintain separate Investment Reports for each Local School Bond issue. The Investment Report for each Locality shall reflect the investments made with respect to its Proceeds Account.
Investment Report. Simultaneously with its delivery to the MEM pursuant to Section 5.2(a) or Section 5.2(b) of the FODER Joinder Agreement, deliver to the Senior Lenders a copy of the Investment Report, together with evidence of its delivery to the MEM, and evidence of the approval thereof by the MEM.
Investment Report. The Borrower has delivered to IFC an Investment Report, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to IFC, for the proposed Eligible Sub-loan Program for which the relevant Disbursement is being requested; and

Investment Report. A report submitted by Contractor and reviewed and approved by DVHA describing permissible uses for DSR/HIT Investment Funds in accordance with Section 7.7.
Investment Report. Within thirty (30) days following the end of each fiscal quarter end during the term of the Loans, BIG shall provide to Lender a copy of its quarterly Portfolio Investment Report. All of the aforementioned reports and financial information must be provided to Lender on a form acceptable to Lender in its reasonable discretion. Further, the failure of the Borrower Group to provide any of the aforementioned reports or financial information within the time periods indicated shall constitute a default under the Loans and all documents and instruments evidencing and securing the Loans.
Investment Report. By no later than June 5, 2019 (or such later date as the Super Priority Agent may agree to in writing in its sole discretion), the Borrower shall provide the Super Priority Agent with a report listing all Investments of the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date that are in excess of $50,000 and the Chief Restructuring Officer shall certify to the Super Priority Agent that such report is true and correct in all material respects. (d)
Investment Report. Within the Partnership’s operating duration, the General Partner shall, based on specific investment, prepare and submit quarterly investment report to the Limited Partner by mail, fax, email or other methods. The investment report shall include the completion of specific transactions under the project investment, the execution of major transaction documents, the exit from the investment project or distributions, and may including other contents selected by the General Partner.
Investment Report. The Investment Report shall contain a statement as to the investment by the Company for purposes of this Agreement and for the subject Annual Report Year, using the methodology prescribed herein.
