IPEGS Appeals Process. 1. The IPEGS - Appeal Level I: The site administrator, the appropriate region administrator and two Union representatives shall make every effort to obtain informal resolution of alleged violation of the IPEGS procedures within 30 days after the employee’s evaluation. If unresolved, the alleged violation may be appealed to Level II.
