Observation/Evaluation of Itinerant Personnel. Itinerant teachers shall be treated the same as other teachers of like contractual status with regard to the number of required evaluations. The administrator at the home-base location, for payroll purposes, shall be responsible for observations and the preparation of the annual evaluation report.
