Irregular Activities. All activities of each Exhibitor must be confined to the Exhibitor’s allotted exhibit space except for entertainment and social functions. Demonstrations in booths must be designed to take place and keep the audience within the existing booth space to allow free access in the aisles. Noisemakers of any kind will not be permitted as giveaways. Exhibitors may not place “stick-ons” on attendees’ badges. Sideshow tactics or other undignified methods considered by ASHRM to be objectionable are expressly prohibited in the Solution Center. Demonstrations using live models are prohibited.
Irregular Activities. All giveaway items with the exception of plastic bags, pens, pencils, luggage tags, pocket calendars, and the exhibitor’s product must be submitted for approval to Show Management three (3) weeks prior to the opening of the exhibition. Noisemakers of any kind will not be permitted. All exhibitors distributing approved “stick-ons” may not place the “stick-ons” on the attendees’ badges.
Irregular Activities. The Service Recipient shall not, under any circumstances, perform, participate in or be a party to any Irregular Activities.
