ISSUANCE OF UNIFORMS. 44:01 Uniforms shall be issued to each member of the Fire Department in accordance with the Appendix D attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. Effective 1992, the Employer agrees to issue one pair of good quality leather boots every two (2) years. The quality shall be at least equal to the 1990 issue.
