Progress The Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the work, confer with the County. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be requested by the County, in order to evaluate features of the work. Upon request by the County, the Engineer shall make presentations to the Commissioners Court. At the request of the County or the Engineer, conferences shall be held at the Engineer’s office, the County’s office, or at other locations designated by the County. These conferences shall also include an evaluation of the Engineer’s services and work when requested by the County. Should the County determine that the progress in production of the work does not satisfy the work schedule, the County will review the work schedule with the Engineer to determine corrective action needed. The Engineer shall promptly advise the County in writing of events which have a significant impact upon the progress of work, including: (1) problems, delays, or adverse conditions which will materially affect the ability to attain contract objectives, prevent the meeting of time schedules and goals, or preclude the attainment of project work units by established time periods; this disclosure will be accompanied by a statement of the action taken, or contemplated, and any County assistance needed to resolve the situation; and (2) favorable developments or events which would enable meeting the work schedule goals sooner than anticipated.
Work Progress The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will keep each other, and NYISO, advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner. If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PROGRAMS The Contractor shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work.
Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.
Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.
Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty
PRICE LISTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION Contractors should provide an electronic version of the proposed price list in an Excel format or pdf on a jump drive. Also provide a dealer list, if applicable in an Excel format with "read and write" capabilities on the same jump drive. No costs or expenses associated with providing this information in the required format shall be charged to the State of Arkansas. At the time of contract renewal contractor will furnish OSP with an updated dealer list and published price list.
THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.
Ordering Guidelines and Processes 1.13.1 For information regarding Ordering Guidelines and Processes for various Network Elements, Combinations and Other Services, Comcast Phone should refer to the “Guides” section of the BellSouth Interconnection Web site, which is incorporated herein by reference, as amended from time to time. The Web site address is: http//xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/. 1.13.2 Additional information may also be found in the individual CLEC Information Packages, which are incorporated herein by reference, as amended from time to time, located at the “CLEC UNE Products” Web site address: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/html/unes.html. 1.13.3 The provisioning of Network Elements, Combinations and Other Services to Comcast Phone’s Collocation Space will require cross-connections within the central office to connect the Network Element, Combinations or Other Services to the demarcation point associated with Comcast Phone’s Collocation Space. These cross-connects are separate components that are not considered a part of the Network Element, Combinations or Other Services and, thus, have a separate charge pursuant to Attachment 4.
Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.
