IT Outsourcing Committee Performance Review. Upon receipt of a written Problem referral from the Parties’ representatives as provided in Section 17.1.1, the IT Outsourcing Committee shall meet within five (5) Business Days thereafter in an effort to resolve the Problem. If the IT Outsourcing Committee is unable to resolve the Problem within ten (10) calendar days after the Problem was referred to it or fifteen (15) calendar days have passed since the Problem resolution process was begun, then the IT Outsourcing Committee shall forward the written Problem referral to the Parties’ executives as provided in Section 17.1.3 along with a statement of any actions taken or recommendation made by the respective members of the IT Outsourcing Committee.
