Job Bidding and Transfers. 35.1 Qualifications and requirements for jobs shall be established in the order of their importance by Management, and for jobs of identical content shall be uniform throughout the Company. At no time will the qualifications for any particular job be designed to fit any one particular individual, and in all cases qualifications and requirements shall be established prior to declaration of the vacancy. The Company may use written tests and/or interviews to assist in the determination of the employee’s qualifications. The form, content, and administration of such written tests or interviews shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and shall not be subject to the grievance or arbitration provisions hereof.
