Job Material Inventory. Contractor shall keep an adequate supply of maintenance parts bearing the identification of the original manufacturer of the elevator equipment, those parts being contacts, switch parts, coils, conductors, springs, holders, resistors, relays, lamps, condensers, tubes, transformers, printed circuit, boards, components, car and hall buttons, fuses, and other parts which are required for prompt replacement, together with an adequate supply of lubricants and wiping rags. Material, articles, and equipment furnished by contractor for incorporation into the work shall be new. When the state requires that materials, articles, or equipment be furnished but the quality of kind thereof is not specified, Contractor shall furnish materials, articles, or equipment at least equal to the kind and/or quality, of similar materials, articles, or equipment which are specified. Should any portion of the work done or any materials, articles, or equipment delivered fail to comply with the requirements of the contract, such work material, articles, or equipment shall be rejected in writing and shall immediately be made satisfactory to the state by the contractor at no additional cost to the state. Any material, articles, or equipment which is rejected shall immediately be removed from the premises at the expense of the contractor.
Job Material Inventory. Contractor shall maintain a supply of contacts, coils, leads and generator brushes, lights, lubricants, wiping cloths, and other minor parts in each elevator machine room for the performance of routine and preventative maintenance and shall furnish a copy of all applicable material safety data sheets to TFC. The TFC Contract Administrator may require Contractor stock a specific tool or part. The costs of these parts shall be the responsibility of Contractor.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Course Materials The adoption of any course materials, print or electronic, after a Course Agreement is signed will require an agreed and signed addendum.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.
