Job Ownership and Employee Accountability Sample Clauses

Job Ownership and Employee Accountability. In accordance with the commitment of all parties to the HR Strategy and CBES principles of this Agreement, the acceptance by all employees at all levels on site to ownership and consequent accountability for the function of their roles is a key initiative of this Agreement. Employees at all levels are responsible and accountable for their actions and the actions of their subordinates. Just as the Site Manager is responsible for the overall site, Supervisors, Shift Supervisors, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Leading Hands etc. are also similarly responsible for their activities as well as for those employees they supervise. Not only are they responsible, but they are accountable for the performance and conduct of themselves and their subordinates. To promote full accountability by all employees, a system of Performance Review will be developed by the Site Consultative Committee during the term of this Agreement. This system will be developed, initially in a draft format, and discussed and agreed with employees affected prior to implementation. This system will apply to all employees engaged under this Agreement and will not be linked to wage increases.
