Job Share. The University and the Police Officers Association of Michigan (POAM) agree that in unique circumstances, it may be beneficial for two employees to enter into an agreement to job-share. A job-share position shall be defined as a full-time position shared by two (2) bargaining unit members. Approval of a job-share shall rest with the University after consultation with the POAM.
