Job Training. 34.01 The Company shall ensure that all employees in the bargaining unit are provided with appropriate training so as to enable them to be familiar with all facets of their job and with all equipment to be used when performing their job. All such training shall be considered as time worked by the employee and shall be paid for in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. The Company shall pay all costs involved in any courses or training that is required by the employee.
