Common use of JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. The membership of the Joint Advisory Committee will include the Superintendent of Schools, or his/her designee, the Assistant Superintendent of Schools, another administrator, and no more than three unit members from the Association. The parties will meet on an “as needed” basis to discuss matters of mutual concern. Arrangements for such meetings shall be made in advance and shall be held at reasonable hours as mutually agreed upon by the parties. When possible, items for discussion will be submitted at least five days in advance in order to facilitate information gathering and efficient meetings.
