Joint Committee on Honorable Dismissals (RIF Committee). The RIF Committee will include an equal number of representatives from the employer and the Association. The parties shall notify each other of the representatives no later than one month following the ratification of this Agreement. The representatives shall remain on the committee until and unless one party notifies the other of a change in appointment.
