Common use of Joint Health and Safety Liaison Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Health and Safety Liaison Committee. The Company and the Union agree to a Joint Health and Safety Liaison Committee consisting of not more than five (5) employees selected by the Union and not more than five (5) Company Representatives who shall meet on a quarterly basis. It is agreed that a primary function of this Committee is to review the minutes and efforts of the Joint Committees referred to in Article 15.02. Minutes of these meetings shall be kept and copies posted on all bulletin boards with copies forwarded to the Company, the Union, and the WorkSafe BC. The Company agrees to implement the recommendations of the Joint Health and Safety Liaison Committee within a reasonable time period. The Company will provide information regarding recommendations not implemented prior to the next scheduled meeting of the Committee.
