Joint Impact Review Meeting. Whenever a notice of displacement or layoff is issued by the Employer to the Union pursuant to this Clause 39.04, the Parties shall convene a meeting within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the notice to review the impact of the impending displacement or layoff.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting.
