Joint Marketing Activities. As convenient, the parties may elect to undertake joint marketing efforts to generate new shipping business. These joint marketing efforts may include, but are not limited to, joint advertising activities aimed at promoting the all water route; joint exhibitor booths at maritime events; joint press conferences; editorial placement and other public relations materials or activities of mutual interest.
Joint Marketing Activities. AMEX and ASF agree to conduct joint marketing activities (such as customized seminars) in order to generate AMEX Leads, whereby ASF provides experts and marketing materials at ASF's expense and AMEX generates attendees at AMEX's expense. ASF covenants that when conducting joint marketing activities, ASF will comply with the Quality Standards listed in Exhibit B. AMEX is responsible for meeting expenses associated with the customized seminars.

CDT and DOW also intend to issue a joint press release announcing the signing of this Agreement and further discussing the relationship within two (2) months of the signing of this Agreement. CDT also intends to provide advice to its licensees on how to use DOW materials in the most efficient manner possible to facilitate the commercialisation of polymer OLED displays.
Joint Marketing Activities. The Parties agree to use best efforts to, with in the ninety day period after the date hereof, jointly create a global marketing plan to capture and convey the collaborative value of this Agreement and the relationship created by this Agreement (the “Marketing”). This marketing plan may include, but not be limited to, Intel developed case studies, news letters, white pages, blogs, pod casts, videos, press releases and prominence at Intel sponsored developer and VAR workshops and conferences. (5) Each party shall only use marketing materials related to the other party that are approved by the other party. (6) Distributor may make opportunities available to invite the Company representatives to marketing and sales meetings with potential customers with respect to the Products. Company may make opportunities available to invite Distributor to such sales meetings with potential customers within Distributor’s exclusive Territories. Each party shall make good faith efforts to attend such sales and marketing meetings.
Joint Marketing Activities a. RAM and Palm shall jointly develop a mutually agreeable plan (the "Marketing Plan") which shall address, but not be limited to, the matters set forth in Schedule 5.a. annexed hereto. RAM and Palm shall each use all reasonable efforts to complete the Marketing Plan as soon as practicable after the date hereof. The Marketing Plan shall incorporate this Agreement by reference and, when adopted by both parties in writing, shall become part of this Agreement. b. Except as provided in Section 2.c and Schedule 1.c annexed, neither party shall distribute to any third parties any materials, information or writings describing the products or services of the other party, or use any logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, or the corporate names of the other party without the prior written consent of such party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
