Documentation and Training. Unless otherwise is agreed, the Customer shall, as part of the agreed consideration for the software and equipment, be provided with, or given electronic access to, such standard product descriptions, user manuals and other documentation as the Contractor usually includes upon sales of the applicable products. The documentation shall be made available to the Customer by no later than at the same time as the software and equipment, cf. Appendix 4. It shall be dated and be the most recently updated version. Further documentation requirements may be set out in Appendices 1 and 2. The Contractor's shall assist with the necessary training of the Customer's personnel, to the extent that this is agreed in Appendices 1 or 2, and priced in Appendix 7.

Unless specified otherwise in Appendix 1 and/or 2, the documentation must be in Norwegian. The documentation must be dated and be the latest version. Unless specified otherwise in Appendix 3, the documentation must be delivered by no later than when the Customer’s approval test commences, so that the documentation can be tested at the same time as the service. The Supplier will assist with the necessary training of the Customer's personnel, to the extent that this is agreed in Appendix 1 and/or 2. Prices for any training will be stated in Appendix 6.
Documentation and Training. Provided that Reseller has met the minimum performance standards set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, StoresOnline shall, on a semi-annual basis, provide free-of-charge a one (1) day training program for employees designated by Reseller at the StoresOnline corporate headquarters. Additional training by StoresOnline shall be made available to Reseller at StoresOnline's standard rates. All expenses of the trainees under this Section 9 shall be borne solely by Reseller.
Documentation and Training. Aspect agrees to provide HP with such product literature, operations and maintenance manuals, other information and training (including training to avoid possible misrepresentation of Aspect's Bispectral Index) as is mutually agreed, to enable HP properly to sell and maintain Aspect Products, provided that in no event shall the source code or source listings of Aspect Software be required to be disclosed or provided by Aspect to HP pursuant to this Section 17 or otherwise. Such training needs to begin at least three months prior to introduction of the HP BIS System and will be defined as part of the Project's marketing plan.
Documentation and Training. 17.1. The Contractor shall provide, for no additional consideration, training, and all documentation, training materials, and instructions for operation of the System, including for the software and hardware therein, license terms for the hardware and software, and documentation of development and customization work for the System, all as detailed in the Specifications, including in accordance with Sections 27 and 30 of the Specifications (“Documentation”). Furthermore, the Contractor shall provide and manage a system for documentation and preservation of all documents related to the Project, in accordance with Section 29 of the Specifications.
00.0. Xx is hereby agreed between the Parties, that ISR may, at its discretion, and for no additional consideration to the Contractor, make an unlimited number of copies of the Documentation for its own internal purposes. Notwithstanding the above, the Documentation for the customization and development performed for ISR shall be the exclusive property of ISR, and ISR may act as the owner thereof, for all intents and purposes.
17.3. The Contractor is aware that integration and/or connection of the System with other existing or future systems and/or infrastructures of ISR may be required, and the Contractor undertakes to deliver to ISR, and/or its representative, all materials and information required for execution of the aforementioned integration and/or connection, within 30 days of receipt of ISR’s written request for the same. It is hereby clarified that the Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for performance of the Contractor’s obligations pursuant to this Section.
Documentation and Training. RingCentral will maintain documentation on overall system, network, and application architecture and security infrastructure for the Services.

1.3.1 On-site training can be provided on a time and expense basis upon mutual agreement of both Customer and Vendor.
